about

Themes/Compositional notes:
A dense piece focusing on the sound of material. Constantly shifting layers of metallic vibration forming into a solid sound field. Small particles in constant motion, scratches, scrapes, rattling and buzzing. The hollow ring of air resonating in a contained void.

Originally featured as part of the Soundproof series, commissioned by ABC Radio, Australia.
